More Food Updates and a Trip

I’m eating in a similar way as I have been for the past few days. I’m finishing up leftovers before a trip.

I hope that I can keep eating this way while I’m on the trip.

I’ve been getting some sun, and between that and the diet that does seem that some of the skin plaques are looking better. It looks like some might even disappear. This appears to be better than the results from the last three-day fast.

I may not update this blog for some days, but I will post an update when I get back. Here are some photos of today’s food. The pickled cucumbers are an ongoing garnish.
