Is Dehydration a Factor in Psoriasis?

Just want to make a quick note here that my psoriasis got worse and then started getting better.

I don’t know if it was from the weather, eating patterns, or something else. It might be related to water intake, since I wasn’t drinking enough for a while, and just started catching up at about the time of the improvement.

Note to self and readers: pay attention to water intake and psoriasis severity, and leave a comment here if you notice any relation between them.
